China operations

From business idea to a controlled production batch

Papa China builds the strategy, sources and screens providers, negotiates and coordinates execution. Payments and freight are performed by selected specialist partners under separate contracts.

01

Strategy and feasibility

Assess the market, cost range, MOQ, constraints and launch scenarios before substantial spending.

  • Market and competition review
  • Preliminary total-cost model
  • Product and manufacturing scenarios
  • Critical risks and validation gates
  • Recommendation for the next step

02

Manufacturing and negotiations

Source relevant factories, communicate in Chinese and represent the agreed buyer position.

  • Factory sourcing and initial screening
  • Sample development
  • Price, MOQ and timing negotiations
  • Specification and contract control points
  • Quality controls and corrective action
  • Alternatives to the current supplier

03

Payments, samples and freight through partners

We can introduce several specialist providers and help compare their terms. The selected provider performs the regulated service.

  • China settlements from different countries subject to provider checks
  • Official product delivery on an agreed route
  • Urgent worldwide air dispatch of samples
  • Comparison of cost, timing, documents and responsibility

04

Personal factory visit

A separate service can include airport meeting, a pre-screened factory itinerary, arranged meetings, interpretation, negotiation support and debrief.

05

Scope boundaries

Papa China is not a product seller or supplier, bank, payment agent, carrier, customs broker or law firm. The client contracts directly with each selected specialist provider.

Describe the business task
